Cleo Elizabeth Williams, age 82 of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, surrounded by her family. She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and was of The Church of God Faith. Cleo was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, who will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John & Lucy Irene Holden, 5 sisters and 1 brother.
Cleo is survived by her loving husband, of 48 yrs., Henry Williams; children, Timmy (Cindy) James of Rossville, Irene (Danny) Goins of Rossville, James Williams of Chattanooga and Wayne Williams of Chattanooga; grandchildren, J.D. Goins, Leanne James, Jesse Goins, and Danielle Goins; great grandchildren, Preston, Avery and Kaison; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 3, 2015 in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Lloyd Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Beautiful Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday and prior to the service on Friday. Arrangements by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Ft. Oglethorpe.
